Thank you for taking the time to participate in the South of Perth Yacht Club Survey for 2018. The information gathered will be used to plan for Club activities/facilities/services and to ensure that your membership provides what you want in the future. It is very important that you take part in this process so that we can make sure that the Club is what you want it to be. The survey should take between 6 to 7 minutes to complete.
Club members who complete the survey will be eligible to take part in a prize draw for one of five $100 dinner vouchers. At the end of the survey you will be prompted to go to a separate page where you can provide your name and any contact details. This is being done on a separate page to ensure the anonymity of your response.
The survey is being conducted by Perth Market Research, an independent Perth-based market research business. The information you provide will remain completely anonymous and confidential. Please note that any information you provide will only be used for the purpose of this survey and will not be provided to any third party. Any contact details will be deleted following the prize draw.
